Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Is there a main sign with the address near the street? Per DI: They will be having future conversations about a free-standing monument sign.  But at this time, they are only presenting for what is in the current sign package.
  • What's the depth of the main logo and sign, some discrepancy between 3" and 5" on the south elevation wall.  Per DI: they are supportive of keeping the depth at 5".

Date: December 7, 2021
Committee: Local Design Review Committee
Action Type: Approved
Conditions:

Motion to approve with the conditions to affirm the main sign and logo are 5" in depth, and the front elevation's left "Pick-Up" sign to be placed consistently with the right "Pick-Up" sign where it abutts the corner.
